By visiting Maxi Lounge, booking our facilities, or participating in our events, you agree to the following terms:
1. Membership & Entry

Guests must be of legal drinking age to consume alcohol.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

Management may refuse entry or service to anyone behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful manner.
2. Use of Facilities

Equipment (pool cues, balls, darts, etc.) must be used with care.

Guests are responsible for any damage to property or equipment caused by negligence or misuse.

No outside food or drinks are permitted unless approved by management.
3. Bookings & Payments

Bookings may require a deposit. Deposits are refundable only if canceled at least 12 hours before the booking time.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
4. Responsible Behaviour

We promote responsible drinking and reserve the right to stop serving alcohol at our discretion.

Aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate removal from the premises.
5. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal items. Maxi Lounge is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
6. Safety & Security

CCTV may be in use for safety and security purposes.

Guests must follow staff instructions during any emergency situation.
7. Liability

Participation in games and activities is at your own risk. Maxi Lounge is not responsible for injuries unless caused by our proven negligence.
8. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The current version will always be available at our venue or on our website.
