By visiting Maxi Lounge, booking our facilities, or participating in our events, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership & Entry

• Guests must be of legal drinking age to consume alcohol.

• We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

• Management may refuse entry or service to anyone behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful manner.

2. Use of Facilities

• Equipment (pool cues, balls, darts, etc.) must be used with care.

• Guests are responsible for any damage to property or equipment caused by negligence or misuse.

• No outside food or drinks are permitted unless approved by management.

3. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings may require a deposit. Deposits are refundable only if canceled at least 12 hours before the booking time.

• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Responsible Behaviour

• We promote responsible drinking and reserve the right to stop serving alcohol at our discretion.

• Aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate removal from the premises.

5. Personal Belongings

• Guests are responsible for their personal items. Maxi Lounge is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

6. Safety & Security

• CCTV may be in use for safety and security purposes.

• Guests must follow staff instructions during any emergency situation.

7. Liability

• Participation in games and activities is at your own risk. Maxi Lounge is not responsible for injuries unless caused by our proven negligence.

8. Changes to Terms

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The current version will always be available at our venue or on our website.
